Wow, It's really big in life. I've only seen this pot in books. As a matter of fact I tried to make this pot when I was a student back in 1983. I didn't even know how to throw so the teacher showed me how to coil build. I did it, but not quite this big. I remember it because of the motif, which looks like some sort of funeral procession. Alex, it's great to hear from you, thanks for taking the time to send these postcards. cheerio.
